Where’s My Refund?

Important information regarding your refund.

  • The refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of insurance payment
  • If you paid by credit card, the credit card used will be refunded
  • If you paid by check, cash or debit card you will receive a check in the mail
  • If you or a family member has an outstanding balance the refund will be applied to the balance
  • If you or a family member has a pending insurance claim, the refund will be issued once the claim is processed
  • Your refund will be delayed if the insurance company did not process your claim correctly
