These prices exclude flu shots, vaccinations, outside labs, drug screens, orthopedic supplies, school physicals, worker’s compensation injuries and auto accidents.
To qualify for our self pay rates, you must not have Health Insurance, Worker's Compensation Insurance, Auto Insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We are able to offer these discounts to patients because we do not have administrative expenses to process claims with the insurance carriers.
